"Argh...mom... it's 7:00am..whad'y ya want?" I asked lying on my bed
about to fall off.
"Tai it is now 7:01 would you please get up. You don't want to be
late for your first day of your last year of high school do you? Besides
think how happy you will be when you see Jen," Mrs.Kamiya, my mom said
"But m-" I said.
"No if's and or But's Tai, Lets Go!" she said turning and exiting my
room.
"Argh..." *plonk* I fell out of my bed, stood up and walked out to
the kitchen where Kari was eating her cheerio's and reading the comics.
I walked to a chair and yawned, my blue T-shirt lifted revealing my
stomach. I scratched it. "Pass the cheerio's Kari."
"No," she said bluntly
"Mo-om," i complained
"Tai tough banana's the box is empty... looks like you get...
WHEATIES!!" she giggled
"Awe mo-om make her stop," I complained even more
"Honey your 18 now..." mom began to giggle "eat your wheaties,"
Kari and her bursted out laughing. I stood up and stomped off to my
room.
I pulled my brownie bage cargo shorts out of my closet than reached
for a sweater. I put them on and grabbed my overly huge socks and pulled
them on my feat. I walked past the two laughing girls to the front door
where i put my shoes on and grabbed my back pack and left walking to the
bus stop.
I sat on the bench at the bus stop and waited... it was all pretty
boring sitting all alone on a bench until a beautiful girl showed up her
hair was this red brown color... her eyes were perfect and ... wow...
"Mm.." I cleared my throat " what time does the bus come?"
She poked her head up from her book. "7:15" she spoke like an
angel... it was so perfect...
"Thankies!" I shot her my smile... nothing.
"Ya," she said kindly
Hey what am I doing... I have a girl... oh stop it moron Jen will
kill you if she finds out your hitting on another girl. The bus pulled
up and the girl grabbed her bag and headed onto the bus, I followed her
on with my bag.
I sat next to her on the bus and she kept eyeing me in a weird way
"What?!?!" I finally said
"Did you sleep okay?" she asked
"Yeah... I'm just not a morning person," I explained
"Oh... you don't look to good,"
"Thanks," I smirked
"No that's not what I meant... your sweater is inside out... and
backwards," she said tugging at my sweater.
"Oh" I took it off revealing my blue T-shirt, flipped it right side
out and put it on the correct way. Sora clapped. "shut up"
"S-sorry. hehe," she laughed
The bus came to a stop and we got off.
"Bye..."
"Sora..."
"Bye Sora...see ya around"
Sora ran off towards Mimi a girl from my class.
"Were you talking to Tai?" Mimi asked interestingly
"Ya if that's his name,"
"He is only like the most popular guy in the school. No girl s'ept
the ones from Jens group are aloud talking to him," Mimi explained
"Oh...why?"
"I don't know probably cause like they are going out and Jen thinks
that she would be replace really fast if he talks to anyone else,"
"Oh... why did he talk to me then?" sora said.

"Hey Matt," I said
"Yo Tai!" Matt said
"So wh-" I was cut of by a very beautiful girl wrapping her arm
around my body.
"Hi Tai!" she said.
"Jen!" I said.
"I missed you so much!" she screamed.
"Me too,"
"*sniff sniff* perfume... mmm... were you with som eother girl?"
"N-no it must be my moms," oh no Sora...
"Ok... just checking"

"You know she is probably sniffing him right now to make sure no
girl has been near him... " Mimi began
"She can't be that parinoide... can she?" Sora asked

"Well... is she a dog or something..." Mimi and Sora bursted out
laughing

I went to my first period class, then my second, then my third...
and then it was LUNCH!!!!!! I went to the Cafetiria and got in line Sora
was behind me and two behind her was Jen. It looked like jen was
sniffing something... she was... she walked towards sora... she must
smell her perfume... then she walked towards me sniffed looked at sora
then at me... uh oh...
"YOU!!!" en shouted everyone looked "were you talking to my
boyfriend????" Sora was startled
"No ..."
"Mmm... are you sure?"
"What are you a dog or something cause your nose could use some
training..." everyone bursted out laughing and Jen's face turned beat
red as she ran off towards the bathroom with 5 girls running after her.
The Cafeteria soon quieted down as I got my lunch. Sora was the
first person to insult Jen... EVER. I was proud of her. I sat down at a
table with Matt,Daisuke, Izzy and Joe.
"That is one cool chick... and her friend is hot." Matt exclaimed
"So did you talk to her or what?" Izzy said.
"Ya she was on my-"
"Wow the dog must have a good nose then" Joe said the table bursted
out laughing.
"Shut-up!" I said

Part 2 : The Nose Knows

"Popular?" Sora asked "I just said a joke..."
"A joke? That's what you thought that was... try more along the
lines of a 'joke' that will go down in HISTORY!" everyone stared at
Mimi. She blushed and sat down.

Jen walked in the cafeteria with a beet red face and five friends.
The five friends glared at Sora and Jen sat down beside me.
"Am I a dog?" she asked quietly.
"No you're not a dog. I think Sora wa-" She cut me off.
"You know her name? That's proof you were with her you little two
timer you. grrrrr!" Jen stood up and stormed over to Sora and Mimi. She
picked up the milk on the table and pored it over Soras head.
"Ahh!" Sora shouted " What was that for?"
"You talked to my boyfriend," she said glaring at her. The five
friends all crossed their arms.
"What does Tai belong to you or something? Cause last time I checked
he is his own person and he doesn't have your name written on him. So
maybe you should have a reality check and know that I will talk to him
or anyone else I want anytime I want. Got it?" Sora pushed her shoulder.
"Good," she got up and brushed past Jen walking out of the cafeteria
with her hair all wet, and headed towards the bathroom. Jen shrugged it
off and walked off in the opposite direction with her wannabe's
following her.
"Whoa Tai, looks like a cat fight over you," Matt said.
"No way. Sora is like... no... I love Jen... no," I stuttered.
"Then why did it take you so long to say that Tai... you were
thinking about if you love Jen or not. Do you?" Izzy asked
"W-well..." The bell rang and I was really confused.
For the rest of the afternoon I contemplated over what to do about
Jen. Sora was right. Jen thinks that she owns me... I am my own
person... if Jen can't handle that then I guess... I- I don't know.

I walked to the bus stop alone but somehow ended up beside Sora on
the bus.
"Hey Tai," she said sweetly
"H-hi..." I whispered.
"Is everything ok?" she asked with worryness in her voice.
"Yeah I was just thinking about something,"
"What... is it Jen and I?"
"Jen... and you a little bit but I don't know what to do about Jen,"
the bus stopped at the stop where I had first met Sora.
"Here, call me if you need to talk," she stood up and handed me a
piece of paper with her phone number on it and then she left. I slowly
followed her off the bus and said good bye . I watched her leave around
a building. I turned around and walked to my house. I opened the front
door and walked in. I kicked off my shoes and sat down in my living
room.
"Hello," I screamed " Is anybody here?" hmmm no answer they must be
out. I picked up the flicker and was just about to turn the t.v. on when
the phone rang.
"Hello," I said.
"Hi Tai, it's Jen... we need to talk," Jen said softly.
"About what?"
"Us. I don't think i can trust you anymore. I-"
"I talked to someone Jen how is that a bad thing?"
"Look, how did we meet, by talking... it's like when you dance you
are bound to end up kissing,"
"But Jen,"
"No Tai... I think that what Sarah said-"
"Sora," I corrected
"What SORA said was true... you don't belong to me, and that's why I
am scared... I am scared of losing you to her,"
"Fine,"
"Wh-what... You're not supposed to say FINE... Tai I was lying,"
"No you are right Jen... It's over," I hung up the phone and waited
thinking she would call back. She didn't. That was it, It was over. I
WAS FREE!!! I reached into my pocket and pulled out a piece of paper. I
unfolded it... it was Sora's phone number. I stared at the phone
wondering if I should call her or not.

Part 3: Hello? Is Kari home?

I picked up the phone and took a deep breath. I dialed a number
pushing the buttons slowly. Beep beep beep it began to ring.
"Hello," a voice said.
"Hey," I whispered.
"Tai? Is that you?" The voice questioned.
"Ya... I need to talk to someone..."
"Hey man... are you having a nervous breakdown or something? Cause
if you are I don't think I should be the one you talk to about it,"
"Look, I got another call, hold on."" I changed to line two "Hello."
"Hi. Is Kari there?" a girl said
"No sorry," I hung up and went back to line one. "Matt you are my
best friend, and I think you should hear this from me. Jen and I broke
up, and I think that I ..."
"What you made a big mistake... don't tell me that,"
"Not that... hey hold on I have another call," I changed to line two
"hello."
"Hi is Kari there?" a guy said
"No sorry," I hung up and went back to line one. "I think I am over
her and onto someone else..."
"Who?"
"Well..."
"WHO???" Matt was irratated at me, and my feelings were hurt.
"Well... hey hold on I got another call I will call you
toommorow..." I pulled the phone away from my ear.
"Hey hold on..." I went to line one before he said anymore.
"Dammit!"
"H-hello, Kamiya residence how may I help you?" I said as a
gentleman.
"Wow Tai are you okay... you seemed a little bit upset on the bus...
OH I got the number from Kari if you're wondering... she is really
sweet," Sora said.
"Oh, I am fine Sora, I was just had a lot to think about that's all,"
"Oh, okay... umm I was just wondering is Kari home?"
"NO KARI ISN'T HOME!! WILL EVERYONE STOP ASKING!" I yelled and
slammed the phone down on the thingy.
"Grrr... stupid Kari grrr," I shouted walking off towards my room.
"Ahh I just want punch something," I took the paper that was in my hand
and started to rip it up into little tiny pieces. Realizing what I had
just did I got down on my knees frantically finding all the pieces and
putting them back together. "Dammit why... why does this happen to me?"
What a great day I was having. Now all I need is for-
"Hey Tai I'm home!" Kari screamed at the front entrance. My eyes
closed hard in frusteration. "Tai... are you home?" I didn't answer
cause I was to tired. "Good he's not here so you are safe from his wrath,
so you can come in now," another voice was heard.
"Good, I know what he can be like and besides now we can be alone,"
it was a male... nothing new...MALE! I stormed out of the room and ran
into the living room to come face to face with Kari and a guy kissing!
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!! GET OFF OF MY SISTER!!" I screamed.
"Oh no Tai LAY OFF!" Kari screemed.
"Come here," I grabbed the color of the guys shirt and lifted his
head by his hair. "Daisuke?" I let him go.
"Yo Tai," he said slyly. "Sorry man... I thought Kari would have
told you I was going out with her, sorry,"
"It's okay. It's just aww never mind you guy's, you can get back to
what you were doing," I turned and headed back to my room, flopped
myself back on the bed and fell asleep.
"W-kay... where were we?" Daisuke said leaning in.
"Hello you guys I'm ho-" Mom had walked in. "Kari!" her expression
turned from happy to evil, "Who IS HE?!?" she interogated.
"Wmm.." Kari began "he's Tai's friend."
"Oh... TAI WHY DO YOU HAVE FRIENDS OVER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?
YOU ARE GROUNDED MISTER!" Kari had a way of dealing with things.

Part 4: I'll Get Back To You On That

The next day I woke up in an okay mood.
"Grrr," I tumbled out of my bed and onto a pile of paper. "What's
this?" I picked up a piece of the paper and it had what looked like a 2
on it "... wait it couldn't be... could it?" I looked at it more "
naaaaa," I brushed it off and walked into the kitchen to meet mom
staring at me. "Mom I-"
"I don't want to here about it... I won't ground you THIS time," mom
said.
"Thankies mom," I ran over and hugged her... an manly hug of course.
"Now eat your breakfast Tai," I walked back to the table where
pancakes and bacon...*drool*
"Stop drooling on the table Tai," I slurped it back up and continued
eating my breaky.
"Good morning Tai, good morning Mom," Kari said sitting down on a
chair. She steeled my bacon and took one of my pancakes.
"Argh..." I stood up and walked to my room and took my clothes from
yesterday off, and put on what looked exactly the same, but different
clothes on. I walked to the front door and put my shoes on, I grabbed
the front handle and was turning it when the doorbell rang. Obviously I
opened the door and I was face to face with Sora.
"Oh hello Tai... Is Kari ready?" she said innocently since last night
I had bitten off her head.
"Oh... yah she is just a little busy at the moment is there anything
I could do?" I asked.
"Ya could you give this to her please," she handed a friendship
bracelet to me and said "thanks," she turned around and started to walk
away.
"Wait Sora, I'll walk you to the bus stop," I put the bracelet on a
shelf of the bookcase beside the door, and ran after her.
"Okay Tai." she said sweetly.

We walked down to the bus corner laughing about the things that
happened last night. we reached the stop and sat on the bench.
"Hey... sorry about that," I said.
"S'okay it happens,"
"I guess I might as well tell you this... Jen and I broke up last
night."
"What?!? Why was it because of me,"
"No not all about you, Jen has always had a control issue and I
couldn't handle it anymore, so..." she saw that I didn't want to talk
about it so she changed the subject.
"Hey you know Matt?"
"Yah, he's my best friend, why?"
"Well do you think he would go for someone like well-"

"NO! Mimi, she kinda likes him."
"Oh... well I'll ask him k."

The bus stopped in front of the school and after we were off we went
our separate ways.

Back Dance with me?" he asked looking at the ground. "If ya don't wanna

Matt headed back to us with the most upset expression on his face,

Part 5: Wh-what Is There Something On My Face?

"You'll get back to him? Nice one Mimi," Sora was in disbelief that Mimi
didn't just except and be happy for the rest of ... well her life. "I thought
you liked him? hey was it NOT you who said 'I feel so HAPPY when he's
around'?"
"Well Sora I just was playing hard to get..." Mimi pointed out.
"Hard to get... HARD TO GET..." there was a brief moment of silence
until Sora stated, "Good plan," The two girls where laughing and started to
walk towards the school.

she was trying to drown us or something... I don't know but there was lots of
tears.

the top of the stairs our eyes seem to meet then I put my eyes back in focus
so that I didn't hurt myself, and walked on.

are, now get out of my face," Jen stormed off with her 4 remaining lackeys.
"Now girls we just met another loser, come we plan how to get rid of that,"
Jen snapped her fingers indicating that she had no idea what Sora's name was.
one of the girls responded:

As Sora and Mimi passed Jen and her friends, Sora smiled trying to be
nice but they all laughed, got up, and walked away. Sora felt a little
disappointed but who cares. Sarah (the friend) approached them to say:
"Don't worry about her, she really bites. Most the time when she has a
'good' day we just talk about her so you aren't missing much over there,"
Sarah was really sweet. Sora and Mimi walked into this school alone, but they
will walk out with Sarah as well.

you wouldn't care," I said

"Come again,"
"Sora..." I whispered.
"A little louder please,"
"Sora!" All of a sudden Sora jumped out of nowhere and said.
"Yes Tai," Matt and I busted out laughing. "Wh-what is there something on
my face? come on guy's tell me,"

Part 6: Geeks, Jen, Friends and the teach

"Guys that's not funny... guys...come on guys," Matt and I were to busy
laughing to see Sora walk back over to Mimi and go into their homeroom.
"Hhahah that was rich," Matt said wiping the tears from his face away.
"N-no it was great," I said doing the same thing.
"Hahaha *sigh* no but seriously... Sora?" Matt asked.
"Ya... I guess..." I said
"You guess? you guess..." Matt asked
"W-well I w-" I was cut off by the bell... luckily.
"See ya Tai," Matt walked off to his homeroom and well went to his
homeroom. I walked off to my homeroom but I was interrupted by:
"TAI!! Oh I have to talk to you," Jen... she pulled me over to the lockers
and started to cry.
"What?" I asked really not caring.
"Tai ever since you and I *sniff* broke up *sniff* I well I am missing
something... *sniff* You... waaaaaaaaaaa,"she started to bawl her eyes out.
"There there," I patted her head. "There there, look I-"
"You agree that we should get back together?"
"No I have to get to homeroom... so I'll see ya later..." I walked past
her and headed up the stairs to my homeroom.
"Dammit... grrrr I will have him... he will be mine... oh yes... he will
be mine... hahahaahah gyahahhhahahah mwhahahahhahahhaha," she was going crazy
without me... It felt kinda good... hahahahahahahah... excuse me.
The bell rang and I went to my first,second and third class. It went as
well as could be expected... anywaz,
"Lunch time! Yummy yummy yummy I want food in my tummy la la la la la la
la la la," I sang. Oh it was great... I love lunch... mmmmmm...mmmmm...mmmmmm
"Uhh Tai... you know your drooling right?" Sora asked disgusted at me.
"*slurp* S-sorry... So how is school?" I tried to make her forget what
just happened.
"Ewww.." she shuttered and walked off to Mimi who was at a lunchroom
table.

I got my lunch and walked towards the 4 tables in the Caf. and looked
around

The last one was the teachers table... one seat left.....
I walked towards the geeks, and turned to walk past them to Jen, and she
smiled, and I walked on. I past Matt said hi, and walked to the teachers then

Lunch was over finally. Sora wasn't the same
after Jen had threatened her, but she forced a
smile any ways.
"Bye Tai," Sora said walking to her homeroom.
"Wait... erm.. Sora you wanna do something
after school?" I asked in a really fruitty voice.
"Umm....like what?" she asked walking back
towards me.
"I dunno we could figure it out later..." I
had no idea....seriously...man...can you say
loser...
"ya.... well I could just walk to your house
cause I gotta see Kari any ways.... she had
something to tell me."
"Ya that'd be cool." smooth very very smooth.
"K, see ya in class Tai," she walked off. I
found myself just standing in the middle of the
hall.... alone... all alone.. I was so lonely.

I was at my locker trying to remember the
combo when "Boo!" Sora said popping up in front of
me. I jumped back.
"Ahh! Geez Sora *shudder*"
"Sorry..." she watched as I couldn't open my
lock, "you know the harder you pull won't make a
difference. Here," she shoved me aside and twirled
the dial then it OPENED!!
"WOW!! How did you know my combo???????"
"Kari." she said simply.
"Oh of course." I grabbed some stuff from the
locker then stuffed it in my bag, she just
laughed. "what?!?!"
"Noth- *snicker* nothing," she couldn't hold a
straight face she bursted out laughing. "Y-your
face hahahahahah it haha it's hahahhahahhahahah"
"What!?!"
"Nothing" she took a deep breath and shut my
locker and locked it.
"Fine..." I glared at her then grabbed my bag,
put it on my shoulder, and fell over.
"Hahhahahhahah s- *snicker* sorry," she helped
me up, "come on will miss the bus!" she grabbed my
arm, and pulled me down the stairs, and out the
front doors. We reached the stop, and wouldn't you
know it, we missed the bus.
"Great!" I complained.
"Oh you pussy. We can just walk."
I dropped my bag, "WALK!?!?!?!" I stared at
her. She just smiled, "okay.... I guess.." she
clapped and started to walk off. "Hey wait up,"
I picked up my bag, and fell over again.
"*snicker* come on," she helped me up again.
The walk was LOOOOOOOO-OOOOOOOONG!! But I
enjoyed it. I think I was falling for Sora. We
met Kari outside the house, she pulled Sora to the
side, and all I heard was giggling and 'congrats'
so it must have been important.
"Heheh so what took you two so long... you two
aren't together are you??" kari asked.
"No!" I shouted. Sora jumped back in
surprise. "We're friends," she was shocked at
this comment, I was too. Stupid stupid.
"Ya, well this 'friend' is saying good bye. SO
bye Kari bye Tai!" She waved and ran off.
"You like her don't you?" Kari said as she
finished waving.
"Well....ya.... I guess.... if you think about
it really long for a very long time.... you would
reach the conclusion of....well .... ya," I
walked into the house and sat on the couch
throwing my bag to the ground.
Ring ring. Ring ring. I picked up the phone.
"Hello," I said "Tai speaking,"
"Hey Tai! It's J-" I hung up. I didn't want to
talk to her. Ring ring.
"Hello Tai speaking,"
"Hey it's Jen don't hang u-" once again I hung
up. Ring Ring.
"Don't answer it Kari!" I screamed.
"K!" She yelled back. The answering machine
picked up.
"K Tai I get it.... pick up..... come on....
Tai.... fine! Look I just wanted to tell you that
that Sora chick ins big trouble! Look I wouldn't
lie to you about this stuff. Come on Tai. Fine
look, she was kicked out cause she beat up some
kid and then set the gym on fire! So be careful!
I care about *beep*" I deleted the message before
she finished. I wouldn't believe that Sora-chan
could do something like that.
~~~NEXT DAY~~~
"Hey Sora-chan!" I yelled as I approached bus
stop.
"Hey Tai!!!!!!!! What's new?" She looked so
*drool*
"Nothing why?"
"No reason. Hey did Jen tell you anything?
Cause well...."
"Ya." I said truthfully.
"Well I can explain."
"Why you don't have to. She probably was
lying, cause I highly doubt that you would beat
someone up then burn the gym. Ha that's a laugh."
"Erm... well I did." the bus pulled up. She
got on the bus, and sat down. I slowly sat beside
her. "Tai think about would your school take
someone like that?"
"No, but if you di-"
"Ya I did. But not like that. Okay their was
this guy with a gun, and we were in gym class.
Now my mom made me take Gee kwon doe instead of
ballet. So when he grabbed me as a hostage I just
elbowed him in the stomach then flipped him over.
He whispered that he wasn't going down alone, then
he opened his jacket there was a bomb. I told
everyone to get out. They all ran. I tried to
stop him by knocking him out....it worked. So my
profile probably say's that I 'stopped a killer
and the gym from setting on fire.' so-"
"But what's so bad about that?"
"Well two things. One she probably would have
told everyone what she told you, and two everyone
treats you differently when they know you are a
hero. And Mimi knew that too, she always
understood me. I kinda wanted to tell you
so....."
"Hey s'okay. It's really cool."
"Just don't treat me differently k?" The bus
pulled to a halt.
While we walked off the bus I joked "Ya fine,
I'm just glad you're on OUR side." she smiled and
went off to Mimi. I left to Matt.
"Yo Tai!"
"Yo Matt," I turned and looked at Sora. When
she walks she does this really cut thing with her
hips...^_^ it makes me happy.
"Oh HO!! So someone likes someone else!!"
"What?! Oh who?"
"Stupid!" He shook his head, " YOU!! You like
Sora don't you?
"Well I 'unno, I guess."
"Ha!! I win I win!!"
"Enough about me what about you?"
"Well I talked to a chick all night..."
"Oh HO!! Is it a promising girlfriend?"
"Well I'd sure hope so!"

The day had come, and gone so fast it was
amazing. Jen hadn't come to school, so that was
nice. Plus Sora a sat in front of me for every
class...*drool*.... anywaz I was at my locker.
"Dammit!!!!!!!! OPEN YOU STUPID THING!!!!!" I
kicked my locker, and to my surprise it opened.
"HA!!" I grabbed my stuff, and ran to the bus.
For once in my life I had caught the bus! "Yes!!
Score!!" I sat down alone. The bus was about to
leave when we all heard:
"WAIT!!!" The bus stopped. The extremely
tired red head was Sora! "Thanks," She walked
towards me. I picked up my bag so she could sit
beside me. "Hey Tai," she said sitting beside me.
"Hi! What took you so long?"
"Umm I was stopped by Jen's friends. So that
took a while.
"Oh...."
"Hey it was actually pretty cool."
"Say wha?"
"Well they think i'm cool. They apologized."
"Oh HO!! Someone's getting to be Popular!"
"No,"
"Yes,"
"NO!"
"Yes!" She turned around and whispered:
"No..." We didn't talk for the rest of the
bus ride.
~~~~THE NEXT DAY ~~~~
Sora wasn't on the bus this morning so.... the
ride was pretty boring.
"Yo Tai!!"
"Yo Matt! What's new?"
"Nothin you?" he wasn't looking at me, but
instead Mimi.
"Nope," I looked over to see what was so
special about her. I saw the normal Mimi, but she
was talking to Sora.... I guess she got a ride.
As they walked closer to us I heard Sora say:
"Fine! I'll do it, but last period only,"
Mimi shook her head in a response of yes.
"Hey you guys!" Matt and I said.
"Hi!" They walked past us like they didn't
notice or something. Weird.
"Huh?? Why didn't they stop?" Matt was
stunned.
"They probably have to do something."
"Ya I guess," the bell rang. We walked into
the school and saw Mimi and Sora walk into the
bathroom with a pen.
The whole day Sora didn't say one thing to
me. We were in last period before she said
something, well she didn't say it she wrote it...
you see she lifted her hair up revealing her neck,
and on it was:
'Tai I really like you. I'll meet you at your
locker, and we can walk home k?'
I don't know how it all fit on her neck... but
it was so cool!!! The rest of the class went
sooooooooo slow, but finally it was over! thank
god!!!!! I had to stay after class 'cause of an
outburst I made. All I did was say 'SCORE' after
I read Sora's neck.
Finally I was let out. I ran to my locker
where Sora Mimi and Matt were. Mimi and Matt were
talking to each other. I was about to say hi when
Sora grabbed me and pulled me to the side.
"Shhhhh! Matt is asking her out." She
whispered.
'Oh HO!!' I thought.
"Ya so like I was thinking may-"
"YES!" she interrupted.
"Maybe if you weren't- Hey what did you say?"
"Yes! I would love to go out with you!" She
put this huge smile on her face to match her
blush, "I like you a lot!" and with that, for
the first time in a long time Matt blushed. "I
gotta go, but call me!" she turned and mouthed
'yes' to Sora, she put a thumbs up.
"See ya Mim's" Sora said. "Bye Matt," Matt
was just staring at her. Finally when she was out
of site he fell over.
"Matt?!?" I said walking over to him. "You
okay?" I kicked his side. Nothing. "Matt?" I
was going to kick him again, but Sora held me
back. "What?" I said innocently.
"Stop it. He's just happy." Besides we
should start walking before someone gets worried.
"WALKING!?!" I looked at her eyes glaring at
me. I swallowed. "Walking w-would be fun!" She
laughed and stepped over Matt.
We exited the school and headed home. I asked
her normal stuff and we laughed and crap. It was
a normal conversation. when we were in front of my
house I asked her:
"Could I have your number?"
"You already have it," She said.
"Erm... well... I sorta.... erm..."
"Lost it?"
"No I was mad and I like..."
"Ripped it up?"
"Exactly! You know me to well." I smiled and
she sighed. She pulled a pen out of her pocket
then grabbed my hand, "Oh Sora don't you think
were moving to fast" I said in a girlie voice.
She just laughed and continued to write it down.
"Now you better not rip this one up," She
joked and walked off.
"Bye Sora-chan!" I walked into my house to
find Kari at the window smiling. "What?"
"Sora-chan?"
"Ya so?"
"Nothing... but are you going to call her?"
"Um... later... friday maybe... I don't know
if it's serious or not... why?"
"It is Friday!"
"IT IS!!! oh god!!"
"Whoa whoa wait a sec wait a sec! I was
joking It's thursday I was just checking for you
if you were serious about this one."
"And how does that work," I said breathing
heavily.
"Well when you were with Jen you always said
'So what i'll do it tomorrow.' but with Sora you
said 'IT IS!!! oh god!!' you freaked out."
"No I didn't I never freak out," I said on
the defensive.
"Well you did."
"Fine I did so what?"
"Well Sora isn't just a crush... she is
perfect for you... just like Daisuke..."
"Ya she is I guess... hey what do you mean by
Daisuke?!?! I'll kill him!!"
"Whoa you knew about this before and you said
congrats, besides he treats me good and you can't
run my life!" Kari stormed off to her room.
"YA BUT I CAN SURE TRY!" I yelled.

The next day at breakfast Kari wasn't even
talking to me. She usually never holds a grudge
against me, but this time was different. Oh well
her loss! I got on the bus.
"Hey Tai!" Sora said to me as I sat down
beside her.
"Hello..." I said so quietly that she could
barely hear it.
"Okay," she laughed "what's wrong with Mr.
Perky?" She asked.
"I got into a fight with my sis-" she
interrupted me with:
"Oh well her loss!"
"Exactly what I said until about ten minutes
ago."
"Why? What happened ten minutes ago?"
"well it acourd to me that I was losing my
baby sister..." I put on my 'puppy dog' face,
then leaned on her shoulder.
"Awwwwwww Poor baby," she said with no
sympathy what so ever, "What happened?"
"Well *sniff* I was talking to her about you
and she said that you were perfect for
me...erm...*dammit why am I saying this?* and well
she compared you with Daisuke... then I flipped
out. *sniff*" Smooth Tai real smooth
"Sorry Tai, but you don't have any right to
tell Kari how to live her life, and you aren't
losing you sister she's just upset." I stared at
her blankly.
"How did you know?"
"She called me. Besides Daisuke is a great
guy.... almost as good as you, and if you-"
"What?"
"What?"
"What did you say?"
"oh umm besides Daisuke is a great guy...."
"No after that,"
"and if you?"
"Before that." I was growing impatient.
"almost as good as you,"
"Ya! Do you mean that?"
"Of course I do. I think you are great. I
mean you're funny, and cute, and ... funny and ...
cute..." I realized that this would have gone on
for a long time so I kissed her. The whole bus
was staring at us. It was great. When we broke
from the kiss she said " ... and funny, and....
wow," she smiled then the bus cheered.
"Welcome to the world of Popularity." I
said. She was blushing like hell, and so was I.
The bus hauled to a stop, and we all got off.
Sora said "b-bye Tai... see you later," she
was staring at her feet the whole time. I just
played it cool and said a simple bye. She walked
off to Mimi, they both looked at me then jumped up
and down for glee.
"Yo Tai! What did you do to make those two
jump like that? You should do it again." Matt
said watching the two over happy girls jumping up
and down.
"I kissed her..." Matt looked at me then
laughed.
"Ya that's a good one Tai! Real hilarious."
"I did!" He stopped laughing.
"Oh HO!!" was all he said.
"Ya," I said smoothly.
"Oh HO!! Details?!?" he said in the
fruitiest voice I have ever heard.
"Later man later..."
"Fine!" He said in a feminine voice then,
turned his back to me. "but you don't call
anymore... it's like were drifting apart..."
"Shut up man," I punched his side then we
waddled into the school.

All through class I couldn't stop staring at
Sora. Instead of sitting in front of me, she sat
beside me so that she could see me!!
Ha-cha-cha!!! During Social the teacher left to
talk to the science teacher (AN: remind you of
anyone funkie??) like she always does. Matt,
Mimi, Daisuke, Izzy, Joe and Sora came and sat
with me. The only problem was there was only 5
chairs, so I offered Sora my lap. She blushed
then sat on my lap, she has such a nice tush!
*drool*
"Whoa Tai you're drooling ewwww," Sora
exclaimed
"*slurp* s-sorry I just....you and...."
"It's okay," she hugged me. Then in walked
(dun dun dun) Jen!!!!!!
"Excuse me get a room!" she said snottily

to you." Jen said.
"K," Sora got up and walked to a corner with
Jen. "What?"
"Look I think we should just be friends you

"All right... Hi my name is Jen, nice to meet
you."
"Hello names Sora.." they shook hands then
walked back over to us. "Guys I want you to meet
my new friend Jen..." we all stared blankly at
her shifting our eyes from Sora to Jen.
"Sora you can't be se-" I started.
"Yes well I think we all could be the best of
friends," Jen started though none of us really
believed her. "Besides I have a new boyfriend..."
"Really what's his name?" Matt asked.
"Bob..."
"BOB!?! Your new boyfriends name is Bob...
right," Daisuke asked in disbelief. The rest of
us laughed except for Sora... she had such a kind
heart...*sigh*
"Guys stop it!! Jen can we meet him?" Sora
asked.
"Ya...umm.... the mall?"
"Ya saturday?"
"K lunch?"
"Ya!"
"Ya!" they shook hands then Jen went back to
her class. We could hear Mrs. Jones yell at her.
"Sora you can't be serious can you?" Mimi
asked.
"Ya guys I am. She seams like a nice person.
Besides if she does anything I'll make her life
miserable!" She sounded so evil...
"I like it when you sound evil!" I raised an
eyebrow at her. She stared at me then hopped on
my lap and smiled.
"Well then I guess you should spend more time
with me?"
"Okay when?"
"Saturday about noon?"
"No that's when you're meeting J-" she
started to kiss my neck " o-o-okay,"
"Good then!" she hopped off my lap and walked
off to her desk and collected her things.

Part 11: the meeting

I walked into the mall with Sora beside me.
It was a great feeling I felt inside. ^_^ It's
like when you eat a jelly donut... your first
impression is 'hmmm it's the same as any other
donut, but then you take your second bite and
W-O-W!! You get the usual felling of niceness
PLUS a bonus of sweetness! (AN: but of course you
are all probably wondering what the hell that has
to do with this story...)
"Thanks Tai!" Sora said with the sweetest
smile on her face.
"For what??" I said blankly
"For coming to meet your x-girlfriend with
me." she trailed off at the end.
"You mean for coming to meet my ex-
*coughcrazy* girlfriend with my new and IMPROVED
GIRLFRIEND!!" I stood in a mocho pose, and for
some reason I had gotten everybody that was in the
mall's attention...
When I heard a familiar voice!!
"UP HERE YOU GUYS!!!! OVER HERE!!!! OH OH HERE
HERE!!! OUTA MY WAY MOVE IT OR LOSE IT TUTS!!!"
Jen. She pushed a lady and a child out of here
way as she headed down the escalator to meet us.
"Umm... hi Jen," Sora said politely while
elbowing me in the ribs to stop me from laughing.
"Hey!!!" She turned to the crowed of people
that was staring at her, " WHAT!?! IT'S NOT LIKE
YOU HAVEN'T SEEN A HAPPY TEENAGER BEFORE!!!
NOW would you please STOP staring," with
that kids and parents alike were running in all
different directions to get away from the
Mad-woman! Jen turned and smiled "so.... Hello,"
she began to wave her hand.
"Ya hi..." I mumbled. Then got a swift elbow
to the ribs.
"Be nice TAI!" she said under her breath...
she made my name sound so... so awful...
"Oh it's okay! ^_^ I don't mind!" Jen was
surprisingly happy for a girl... well like her!
"Come on Bob's a waiting!" she liked arms with
Sora and ran off up the escalator, leaving me...

"HEY WAIT UP!!" I ran up the escalator
dodging people the whole way. I finally reached
them at the top. There was Sora, Jen and some
other guy.
"`Allo," he said with a french accent.
"Hello..."
"You is Teh? Non?" I stared blankly at him.
"Tai," he looked at me like I was stupid.
"Oui Teh,"
"No! Tai,"
"Tat ees wat I say, Teh." I was mad now.
"TAI! T-A-I!!" He smiled cockily.
"Teh," I must of looked like I was going to
explode `cause Sora and Jen were just watching
with anticipation.
"Fine. So Beb is it?" HA!! Beat that
frenchy!
"Bob,"
"Ya Beb!" I shook my head happily. Sora
giggled.
"Bob! B-0-B!!" Perfect, he was as annoyed as
I was.
"Beb... tat ees wat I say," I mocked his
french accent. He flinged at every word I said.
"So Beb where are you from?"
"I am french Canadian! I come from Quebec!
The Capital of zee world!"
"Umm Beb, I'm stupid and I know that Quebec
isn't the capital of the world... it's not even
the capital of Canada." He seemed very upset by
this, but I knew I was right!
"You are right... you are stupid,"
"Ya... but at least I don't speak like a
complete idiot frenchy!"

you even have running water up there?" He he I
felt pretty smart.

beside me and said.
"He said 'you are a giant poo poo and you
think your girlfriend is in love with you, but
she is very intelligent therefor she won't stay
with you... no no no. You are better off with
Jennifer than you are with Sora.' that's what he
said." She was so... wow.
"A GIANT POO POO!! I'll show you whos a poo
poo!" I looked around to find something to show
him... I saw Jen fixing her makeup in a compact
mirror... so I grabbed the mirror. "Look here is
the giant Poo Poo," I put the mirror up to his
face and laughed maniacally. "Come on Sora." I
grabbed her arm and went to the escalators.
"Well that was a waste of time... sorry for
taking up a vital part of your weekend," she
looked at the ground in shame.
"Well it wasn't that bad... I got to spend
another day with you didn't I?"
"Well I gue-"
"And since when do you speak french Sora? Or
should I say Frenchy?"
"Shut-up," she elbowed me in the side.

have nothing to do.
Puppet: what about your homework stupid?
Kit Kat: what you mean that school has started...
no. That's why Funkies never home and the school
is calling so much.... uh oh.... AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

(franticley searching Kit Kat gets her old school
stuff together and runs out of the house)
